We have strong roots in Summit, since much of our staff lives here, and many of us grew up in town and stayed here to raise our families. Our agents are involved community members who are familiar with every aspect of Summit and surrounding towns.

This hometown outlook has helped us grow and flourish, even in the midst of an economic downturn. We opened our doors in the summer of 2008, just as the full impact of the recession was about to begin. Throughout this challenging time period we represented our clients well, educating them about the dramatic shift in real estate and explaining how it relates to their particular transaction. FROM THE WEST VIA 78 EAST & 287 NORTH:

Take 78 EAST or take 287 NORTH to 78 EAST.
Take EXIT 44.
At the end of the ramp turn LEFT onto Glenside Ave.
Make the first LEFT onto Glenside Road. Follow to 1st traffic light.
Continue thru traffic light crossing MOUNTAIN AVE. Street name now changes to SOUTH ST.
CONTINUE on South St. until the 2nd traffic light where it intersects with SPRINGFIELD AVE.
