Mission Statement
Having personally sought residences in three continents, I
have learned the value of research and the comfort of knowing
that no matter where life takes you, the right house can become
a memorable home. As a former Human Resources Manager, I have
both personal and professional experience in international and
domestic relocations. I have a strong work ethic, integrity,
discretion and a down-to-earth no-nonsense approach. I
understand the importance of work/life balance and how the right
home in the right location will make that balance easier for
you. Your decision to entrust me with the buying or selling of
your home, I consider a privilege, a partnership and a solemn
responsibility. Your need to find the right home or buy or sell
at the right price, I consider a necessity. From the moment you

Personal Background
I was born and raised in sunny Sydney, Australia, where I met
and married my husband. In Australia, I worked in Human
Resources in multinationals for 7 years and in residential real
estate part-time. In 1996 a transfer sent us to Dublin, Ireland
where we lived, travelled and worked for 2 years. We were then
transfered to New York and took up residence in Hoboken and then
at the Jersey City waterfront. Here in the States, I completed
my MBA while working in HR management for an investment bank
until 2001 when I took a break to start a family. Now, selling
real estate and raising two active daughters keeps me busy! I
enjoy volunteering for Kent Place School and watching our
daughters thrive, both at school and in sports at the YMCA and
MHRC in New Providence. I love playing competitive tennis, going
to the beach and traveling. I thoroughly enjoy decorating and
home staging-anything that will make a house a home.
